For those arriving with us at a junior level, we make a pension contribution of 1% of your salary. This rises to 5% after two years service if you make a minimum 2% contribution. Those joining at senior levels and above immediately have access to a 5% pension contribution if they contribute a minimum of 2%.
Our staff get 25 days holiday a year which increases by one day per year after two years service, to a maximum of 30 days (plus bank holidays).

If you’ve been with us for two years, new mothers continue to receive their normal gross monthly salary for the first 18 weeks, and new fathers can take two weeks full pay, to be with their family around the time of birth.
