ESF learning seminar for exchange of EU best practices

Client:

DG Employment, European Commission

In February 2014, Ecorys organised a two-day seminar to reflect on experiences and best practices in the area of monitoring and evaluating apprenticeship and traineeship schemes in the EU.

Attended by 70 delegates from 25 European countries, the event involved a mixture of interactive and thought-provoking discussions and working group sessions. The delegates were able to benefit from the experiences of their fellow EU countries and take away key learning that they could integrate into their own programmes.

We planned and executed every stage of the seminar, from the concept and agenda preparation through to delivering the workshops and presentations on the day. We also provided post-event feedback analysis and a report, ensuring a lasting record of the event.

By bringing together experts and providing a comprehensive event organisation package, we enabled best practice to be shared in an interactive and engaging way, helping improve how apprenticeships and traineeships schemes are monitored across Europe.
