Ecorys has been commissioned to undertake an evaluation and disseminate learning of the Wellbeing 2 programme. The evaluation has a specific focus on generating evidence of impacts and will include a cost benefit analysis. The research includes the following:
- A meta-evaluation of previous evaluation findings
- Survey data collection and analysis
- Cost benefit analysis
- Qualitative case study research
Ecorys are also supporting portfolios/projects on the development of effective communication strategies to help improve their sustainability. Learning activities and events will be prioritised to disseminate the evaluation findings and share learning about the relative success of different wellbeing interventions. They will be using a variety of communications channels to support learning from the programme, showcasing evidence of what works well. An interim evaluation report will be produced towards the end of 2014.
