Ecorys has been contracted to provide communications services to promote the Commission’s new flagship programmes in education, culture, youth and sport: Creative Europe and Erasmus+.
The 10-month campaign involves designing and producing a mix of leaflets and brochures in all EU official languages to raise awareness of the new opportunities and funding available. To bring the programmes to life in an engaging and fun way, we have worked with the BBC Studios & Post Production to create a set of animations promoting Creative Europe and Erasmus+ with voiceovers in all EU languages. Launch events for Erasmus+ in France and Germany and a tailored social media campaign have helped to drive interest.
A specialist event for journalists in Marseille, as part of the Capital of Culture celebrations, helped to generate media interest and provided an opportunity for us to interview Androulla Vassiliou, EU Commissioner for Education, Culture, Multilingualism and Youth.
Ecorys is leading this work with specialist inputs from our consortium partners BBC Studios and Post Production, the European Journalism Centre and Burson-Marsteller.
