Tenant Satisfaction Survey

Ecorys worked with Inquilab Housing Association over a period of 2 years to monitor tenant satisfaction with repairs services. Interviews were completed by telephone with tenants who had reported a repair requirement on a monthly basis in order for Inquilab to monitor, track and improve services provided to tenants.

Statutory tenant satisfaction surveys were also completed during this period with all tenants of this housing association with these surveys completed using a combination of postal and online survey approaches.
